Triangle Chemical Co. to distribute Cool Terra

Cool-planetCool Planet joined the Triangle Chemical Co. of Macon, Ga., in a distribution agreement for Cool Terra Engineered Biocarbon. Triangle will distribute Cool Terra in the agricultural and turf and ornamental markets across the Mid-Atlantic and Southeast United States.

“Triangle is a well-managed, success driven retailer that is ideally positioned to serve its Mid-Atlantic and Southeast growers and customers,” says Jim Loar, Chief Commercial Officer of Cool Planet. “Triangle focuses on service and in bringing new crop and market solutions to their customers. Service and innovation are critical to the commercialization of Engineered Biocarbon and we are confident in the team at Triangle to deliver results.”

Cool Planet is establishing relationships with leading agriculture and specialty-market companies across the United States to further develop the company’s Engineered Biocarbon platform that significantly improves soil health, the company announced in a recent press release. Cool Planet, Triangle and Cardinal Turf and Ornamental, a division of Triangle Chemical Company, will partner to drive the commercialization of Cool Terra across a wide range of crops and uses.
