Barenbrug appoints Greentech Sportsturf as Ireland distributor

Barenbrug has partnered with Greentech Sportsturf to be Barenbrug’s sole distributor for all of Ireland.

Sales managers Kyle Irwin and Eamonn Maguire bring a wealth of experience in the turf and sports industries, according to Barenbrug. The partnership hopes to grow Barenbrug’s presence in Ireland.

The company says the team currently is working closely with turf professionals in golf, rugby, soccer and landscaping, but its expertise covers all aspects of sports turf.

Greentech Sportsturf Ireland will be working closely with Barenbrug’s research and development manager, Dave Greenshields, Ph.D.

“It’s an exciting prospect to be able to offer greenkeepers, groundsmen and landscapers the most advanced turf research and development available,” says Kyle Irwin. “This means we are now in a position to take customers’ individual issues and challenges and work with Barenbrug to develop tailored solutions that will make life easier for all our grass seed users.”
