Sports Turf to be featured as the world’s greatest

Sports Turf, based in Whitesburg, Ga., was chosen by the executive producers of How2Media’s “World’s Greatest!…” television series as one of the world’s best sports turf companies.

“For 25 years, Sports Turf Company has been renovating and constructing sports fields; using specialized laser equipment technology and applying that technology to sports field design and construction,” said Gordon Freeman, executive producer of the show. “They are a recognized leader in the industry, with over 600 sports field renovations and construction projects completed. We think their story will be meaningful, as well as very educational for our viewers.”

Currently in its 10th year of production, “World’s Greatest!…” is a thirty minute show airing on both national cable and satellite networks dedicated to highlighting the world’s greatest companies, products, places and people.

Sports Turf was featured in Episode 229, which aired on June 13. The episode will air again on June 27, on cable, Dish Network and DirecTV at 6:00 a.m. ET.
