Watch highlights from #PoaDay 2017

#PoaDay, the annual Field Day event hosted by members of the turfgrass and ornamental weed science team at the University of Tennessee (UT), allows University of Tennessee to showcase its annual statewide research regarding optimal programs for annual bluegrass control on golf courses, sports fields and residential and commercial lawns.

This year, Aqua Aid, a plant health solutions provider, partnered with the UT Turfgrass to share the annual #PoaDay Field Day live.

During this year’s Field Day, the UT team addressed the emerging problem of herbicide resistance evolving in turfgrass weeds, particularly annual bluegrass. They also provided education about the different herbicidal modes of action available for annual bluegrass control.
