UCCS breaks ground on parking structure/athletic field

Mortenson Construction began construction two weeks ago on the University of Colorado-Colorado Springs (UCCS) parking structure located on Stanton Street on campus. The project, valued at $21 million, is a 1,230-stall, cast-in-place structure that includes an athletic field on the top level.
