Turface Athletics announces 2024 Distributor Award recipients 

Turface Athletics recently announced the winners of its 2024 Distributor Awards. These honors celebrate distributors and representatives who have significantly contributed to the company’s mission of creating safer, more playable fields through exceptional growth, dedication and service.

“These awards celebrate the hard work and commitment to excellence that each individual and company demonstrates every day,” said Josh Marden, director of sports fields at Profile Products.

Awards

Grand Slam Growth Award: This honors distributors with the highest volume growth in tons over the past year. Recipients include WS Connelly, GreenPoint Ag, Newsom Seed, SiteOne Landscape Supply and Burnett Athletics.

Ace Award: Individual representatives who excelled in sales performance were celebrated. Winners include Josh Murray (Conserv FS), John Morgan (SiteOne Landscape Supply), Darren Shuman (Northern Nurseries), Brian Hammer (SiteOne Landscape Supply) and Elton Chapman (Burnett Athletics).

Grit Award: This category honors second and third-tier distributors for steady growth and resilience. Winners include AgraTurf, Pro Chem Sales, Pioneer Athletics, G & S Solutions, and Atlanta Athletics.

“As a small business, receiving this award is incredibly validating. It’s hard to imagine a greater compliment than being described as having grit,” Matt Levinson of Atlanta Athletics said.

Elite Team Award: Recognizing the distributor with the highest dollar growth over the prior year, SiteOne Landscape Supply earned this distinction.

Legacy Award: Don Brasseaux of Ewing Outdoor Supply was honored for his loyalty and service to the industry.
