Heritage Landscape Supply Group recently acquired Leaf Landscape Supply, a distributor of nursery products and live goods. Terms of the agreement were not disclosed.

Founded in 2014 by Trey Wyatt and Brad Seever, Leaf operates two locations in Austin, Texas, and currently employs a team of 60 people. Trey and Brad will continue to lead their dedicated team, ensuring continuity and consistency for customers, suppliers and employees.

“It is our sincere pleasure to officially announce our partnership with Leaf Landscape Supply,” said Chris McMurrough, president of Heritage. “The company diversifies Heritage’s product offering into live goods, which will be an excellent complement to our existing footprint in central Texas. From our very first interaction with Trey and Brad, we have been thoroughly impressed by both their enthusiasm and knowledge of the nursery industry and are truly excited by what we will accomplish as a team.”

Trey Wyatt and Brad Seever, owners of the Leaf Landscape Supply, collectively commented, “When Heritage approached us earlier this year, we had never seriously considered bringing on a growth partner. After hearing the Heritage story and witnessing firsthand the passion we shared for servant leadership and fanatical customer service, it became clear that Heritage was the only group that could truly take Leaf to the next level. With Heritage’s extensive resources and the number of opportunities this partnership creates for our employees, we couldn’t be happier with our decision.”
