Synthetic turf line TigerTurf has received an International Play Equipment Manufacturers Association (IPEMA) certificate for five of its turf products. The Padres, Callaway team up to build stadium golf course

Callaway and the San Diego Padres sparked a partnership to create the nine-hole Links at Petco Park, which was open Nov. 5–9 and brought in an estimated 1,600 golfers. The St. Edward Central Catholic High School football team in Elgin, Ill., was forced to relinquish its home-field advantage Sept. 18 after a chemical mix-up destroyed its field, the Chicago Tribune reports.
