FMC Global Specialty Solutions adds two new hires to team

FMC’s Global Specialty Solutions recently made several hires, including Shawn Beam as North American sales manager for turf and ornamental and Alan Eife as programs manager and data analytics specialist.

Beam previously served as FMC’s herbicide product manager. Prior to that, Beam was North America marketing manager for ISK Americas and a sales representative for Syngenta. He has a decade of experience in the crop protection industry, including international business experience in Canada and Japan. Beam holds a bachelor’s degree in marketing and international business from Penn State University and a marketing strategy certification from Cornell University.

Eife was a demand planner for FMC and held the same position at Johnson Controls. Other past roles include supply planner for Scholastic and identity and access management for AIG. He majored in supply chain and information systems and minored in information systems management at Penn State University.
