PGMS now accepting applications for leadership education program
The Professional Grounds Management Society (PGMS) is now accepting applications for the 2023-2024 leadership education and development certificate program, LEAD. Developed to provide collaborative and discussion-based education with tangible takeaways, LEAD helps grounds management professionals tackle leadership challenges facing the industry.
LEAD will provide 13 months of both in-person and virtual education with topics including culture, conflict resolution, stress management, motivation, diversity, emotional intelligence, communication, talent recruitment and retention and building collaborative relationships and networks.
Monthly education will be led by industry-leading content providers and Brandon Haley, CGM, will serve as the 2023-2024 Dean of Leadership.
Applications are accepted through August 15, 2023, and registration is limited to 20 participants. The first education session will be held virtually in September 2023 with the 2023-2024 LEAD certificate being presented during the 2024 annual conference.
