SiteOne Landscape Supply releases new formula and colors for Lesco Tournament Turf Paint

SiteOne Landscape Supply, a nationwide supplier of landscape and hardscape supplies, irrigation tools and agronomic maintenance, has reformulated its Lesco Tournament Turf and Athletic Marking Paints.

“Our new formula is created to continue to achieve superior results that our Lesco users have come to expect from all Lesco products,” Troy Smith, sports turf manager for SiteOne, said. “Continuous spray, vivid colors and increased volume is what users should expect.”

The new formula was altered to reduce drying time and to help non-clogging, low VOC cans to empty completely to prevent waste.

“Lesco Tournament Marking Paint (both Turf and Athletic) were developed to meet the demands of everyday use for the field manager, golf course superintendent, landscape installer and anyone else using marking paints,” said Smith.

SiteOne Landscape Supply also added two new colors to the palette, including a “Fluorescent Orange” and “Fluorescent Pink.” There are now seven different colors for marking on turf. According to the company, the paints will not kill, hurt or brown natural grass.

“Lesco Tournament Paint has two distinct nozzles to meet everyday uses,” Smith said. “The utility nozzle provides superior coverage for marking of utilities, plant material, out-or-bounds marking for golf and general spot spraying. The t-tip nozzle provides uniform coverage for those needing to mark athletic fields with solid, crisp lines.”
