Echo, in cooperation with the U.S. Consumer Product Safety Commission, is recalling certain Echo and Shindaiwa backpack blowers and replacement shoulder straps in the U.S. and Canada. The recall involves two-cycle, gas-powered commercial backpack blowers with shoulder straps and replacement shoulder straps.
