Tree Fund upcoming webinar discusses how science helps prevent tree loss

The Tree Fund will host a free webinar April 20 at Noon CDT. The upcoming event will be titled “Planning for the Next Three Letter Urban Tree Canopy Changer: Lessons Learned with DED, EAB, ETC.”

Richard Hauer, Ph.D., a professor of Urban Forestry at the University of Wisconsin – Stevens Point, will show how science has led to reliable predictors with a planned stop at preventing tree loss and the currency of canopy.

Hauer has spent his time as a professor teaching courses urban forestry, nursery management, woody plants, dendrology and introduction to forestry.

The future journey continues to see how the Tree Fund supports tree changing research and practical results professionals can use to avoid getting derailed by ETC.
