U.S. Soccer partners with industry providers to power the new Arthur M. Blank National Training Center
U.S. Soccer announced the addition of supporting partners FieldTurf and John Deere (in partnership with Beard Equipment). The organization stated these partners are teaming up with U.S. Soccer to help shape the future of the game through shared values, innovation and a long-term commitment to excellence.
Also offering support to the operation at the Arthur M. Blank National Training Center (NTC) is Kwik Goal, which will be supplying all of the goals and training equipment, and True Natural Gas, who join Musco Sports Lighting in powering the construction and operation of the facility.
“These partners are instrumental in bringing the NTC to life, and we are grateful for their support,” said Lewis Fisher, director, partnership development, U.S. Soccer. “Their commitment goes beyond bricks and mortar, it’s a shared investment in the people who make our game possible: players, coaches, referees, fans, staff and the communities that form the foundation of American soccer. Together, we’re building more than a facility, we’re creating a home for the future of the game.”
- FieldTurf – Supplying high-performance artificial turf across the field complexes. As a FIFA Preferred Producer and leading choice for soccer, FieldTurf will help ensure a consistent playing experience for all athletes who train and compete at the facility.
- John Deere and Beard Equipment Company – A fleet of advanced John Deere turf maintenance equipment from Beard Equipment Company will ensure the NTC’s natural grass and synthetic surfaces remain in optimal condition, setting the standard for performance and sustainability.
Located on 200 acres, the facility will feature:
- Over a dozen full-size soccer fields
- 100,000-plus square feet of indoor playing space
- 200,000-plus square feet of high-performance and meeting facilities
- Headquarters for U.S. Soccer staff
With the support of key NTC partners, U.S. Soccer is aiming to build a sustainable, world-class home for American soccer. Centralizing operations will generate long-term cost savings that can be reinvested into player development, grassroots growth and competitive success. It will also be a national hub for learning, innovation and access to unlock potential and elevate every level of the game, according to the organization.
