Waterloo Turf, a turf and synthetic grass franchise dedicated to “helping people get their Saturdays back,” has appointed Breann Loffing to the role of director of operations.

Loffing brings two decades of franchise experience to the Waterloo Turf executive team, with a special focus on the property restoration industry. She has held a variety of roles in project management, creating scalable processes and procedures and building strong franchisee/franchisor relationships.

“Breann exemplifies a mastery of franchising; her expertise in the restoration and home improvement space is what makes her the perfect fit for this role,” said Tim Lovett, CEO of Waterloo Turf. “Bringing Breann on board is indicative of larger growth plans for Waterloo Turf in the coming months and years. We are excited to see what she accomplishes as the newest member of our executive team.”

Having only launched its franchise opportunity in December 2024, the brand has garnered tremendous franchise interest with a current total of 36 territories under development. With an established presence in Texas, Arizona, Idaho, Colorado and Tennessee, the brand continues to target major metropolitan areas in the Sunbelt to expand its franchise footprint.

“What stuck out to me about Waterloo is their growth opportunity, creative approach and, of course, the people I have met.” Loffing said. “I hope to optimize and streamline Waterloo’s existing operational processes to make the system as seamless as can be for franchise partners.”

Led by leaders in both franchising and turf and backed by investors with more than 60 years of combined franchise experience across 13 different brands.
