AstroTurf launches new field building tool

AstroTurf recently released its field configurator tool.

The tool was designed to help clients begin the process of building their own field online.

Users start by selecting what type of field they would like to build and from there they can choose from different options to build a field. Choose from custom colors, select desired field lines, add text in the end zones, upload the school’s or team’s logo and add any personal touches to produce a mockup of the field. Additionally, the integrated chat feature allows users to have questions answered by an AstroTurf professional.

Designs can then be saved, shared or printed.

“One of the challenges in our business is to be able to take an idea from a customer’s mind, have it communicated to us as they see it, and then present it back to them as a finished drawing” said Troy Squires, president of AstroTurf. “The AstroTurf field configurator allows the customer to fine tune their vision on our website and get it down on paper or a sharable file.”
