BioPro Technologies expands fertilizer line

BioPro Technologies expanded its fertilizer line with the addition of ArborPlex (14-4-5). Formulated with 50 percent slow-release nitrogen, ArborPlex is designed to provide consistent, extended feeding to promote balanced root and shoot growth.

A high quality phosphorus source provides rapid uptake and longer soil availability to stimulate root development and improve stress tolerance. AborPlex also contains fully chelated micronutrients to improve color and improve nutrient deficiency symptoms. A chlorine-free formula that provides high quality results with low burn potential, ArborPlex is an ideal solution to improve tree and ornamental health from installation through lifelong plant maintenance, the company said.

“Urban trees often suffer from a combination of drought stress and nutrient deficiency simultaneously,” said BioPro President and Director of Agronomy, Jim Spindler. “ArborPlex offers a perfect complement to our H3O Plus Soil Moisture Management technology which is designed to reduce drought stress. The two products are easily applied together as either a soil drench, or deep root injection.”

ArborPlex is one of three new products added to the BioPro catalog this year.
