AstroTurf was first introduced at the Astrodome in Houston, Texas, and the University of Pennsylvania was the first collegiate stadium to install It in 1969. Now, the Hall of Fame is preparing to celebrate its 10th anniversary in Atlanta, also known as the “Capital of College Football.”

In August, the new playing field will put the venue on par with numerous collegiate and university facilities across the country, including the University of Missouri’s Memorial Stadium and indoor facility, Texas A&M indoor performance center, Auburn’s practice facility, Marshall’s Joan C. Edwards Stadium and more.

“We are incredibly honored to enter into a partnership as an official sponsor of the College Football Hall of Fame,” said Gary Jones, director of marketing for AstroTurf. “At AstroTurf, our roots run deep in the game of college football, and this collaboration marks a significant milestone in our longstanding commitment to the sport. As a company dedicated to innovation and excellence, we are thrilled to join forces with an institution that celebrates the rich history and enduring legacy of college football. Together, we look forward to creating unforgettable experiences for fans and players alike, as we continue to shape the future of the game we love.”
