In the video, Iowa State University (ISU) turf grass research associates are leveling four acres of land to construct a new sports field research facility. The research will include three separate fields and will help to identify best practices for sports turf managers, according to a news release from ISU.

The four-acre stretch located at the ISU Horticulture Research Station will “allow researchers to experiment with soil content and management practices to improve sports turf across the Midwest,” ISU says.
