Munro names inside sales representative

Munro hired Missy Johnson as the company’s inside sales representative.

Johnson brings more than 20 years of experience in customer service and three years of sales experience. Her experience prior to Munro ranges from the oil and gas industry to the log home industry.

She will work closely with Munro’s regional account managers and professional distributors to provide support to the industry.

“I look forward to growing current relationships with our distributors and contractors, as well as creating new ones,” Johnson said. “I am excited to work with such a great, knowledgeable team here at Munro.”

Founded in 1965, Munro leads the irrigation industry in innovative water delivery products, including pump stations, centrifugal and submersible pumps, pump controls, valves, fittings and accessories. Munro also sells pumps, parts, and accessories for many commercial, agricultural and residential applications.

“Missy brings a strong background in customer support. She is detail oriented, has great communication skills, and strives to provide outstanding service,” said Guy Collins, national sales director for Munro. “I am pleased to welcome Missy to the team and am confident that she will be an excellent resource for our customers.”

Outside of her time at Munro, Johnson said she loves to spend time with her kids and grandchildren. She is passionate about the outdoors, her Harley and visiting her family in Texas.

“I am compassionate about any role I am put in and strive to give the customer the best experience they can get,” Johnson said. “I hope to establish long term relationships built on trust.”
