New soil surfactant from Precision Laboratories promises enhanced efficiency

Precision Laboratories recently released Cascade Tre, an addition to its lineup of soil surfactants.

According to the company, the enhanced formulation delivers water use efficiency and turfgrass safety and versatile rates allow turf managers to customize their watering programs to achieve their desired hydration and playability.

“Cascade Tre maintains the same foundational technology that has been the backbone of the Cascade brand to deliver the same trusted performance,” said Matt Fleetwood, Ph.D., technical product manager. “Cascade Tre delivers with novel, eco-friendly chemistries that allow for delayed watering without turfgrass injury, enhances uniform product placement in the root zone and improves soil rewettability.”

According to the company, Cascade Tre is formulated to improve the uniformity of water infiltration and hydration of the soil matrix.
