Poa Day 2018 available on-demand

Aqua-Aid, a plant health solutions provider, partnered with the University of Tennessee Turfgrass for the 2nd annual #PoaDay Field Day Facebook Live event. This event, held each spring, allows the University of Tennessee to showcase its annual statewide research regarding optimal programs for annual bluegrass control on golf courses, sports fields and residential and commercial lawns.

Discussed at this year’s #PoaDay was an array of pre and post-emergence herbicide programs for annual bluegrass control in turfgrass. Additionally, the event provided education regarding the different herbicidal modes of action used for annual bluegrass control and how to optimize programs to mitigate problems associated with herbicide resistance.
