Rutgers University turfgrass research field days set for July 25-26

Rutgers University, with the Sports Field Management Association of New Jersey (SFMANJ) and the New Jersey Turfgrass Association, will host turfgrass research field days July 25-26.

Sites for the sessions include Hort Farm 2 in New Brunswick, N.J., on July 25 and Adelphia Farm in Freehold, N.J., on July 26. Online registration is closed, but attendees can still register on-site.

Each session will feature four educational sessions, consisting of three 15-to-20-minute concurrent presentations, with equipment demonstrations embedded into two of the sessions. Organizers say this format will allow for smaller groups and more direct communication with the participants for vendors demonstrating equipment.
