The Andersons acquires fertilizer manufacturer and distributor Reed & Perrine

The Andersons completed the acquisition of the assets and business of Reed & Perrine Sales. The company specializes in the manufacturing and distribution of turf fertilizers and control products to several markets, including sports turf managers.
