ICYMI: Field of Dreams site vandalized, public jumps to help
After the damage — mostly located in center field and left field — was discovered, a GoFundMe page was created to raise the funds necessary to repair the field. Restoring a bit of our faith in humanity, the response was almost instantaneous, even surpassing the goal of $15,000 in a few days.
